Local Meat: A Primer
Today, in our hyperconnected mid-pandemic world, there are more food choices and shame than ever before. One of the most bandied terms is Local. The virtues are never-ending and the drawback nonexistent. Or so goes the current wisdom.
I feel the best actions are backed by solid information. That is why I have collected leaders in various facets of our food sphere; from Stateman to PhD . You will not be hearing tired opinions, presented by trite naysayers. Instead, these are seasoned industry voices with decades of experience and research. These are people whom I respect and am eager for this opportunity to share their knowledge and insights with you.
Thank you,
Lanie White GACCo owner
